Congratulations to the University for having 04 training programs meeting the AUN-QA standards

AUN organization (ASEAN University Network) has officially awarded the quality accreditation’s certificate according to AUN - QA standards for 4 training programs of Thu Dau Mot University. Congratulations to the training programs: Accounting, Banking and Finance, Information Systems, Environmental Science.
To make this official announcement, the AUN-QA External Auditor Delegation consisting of 8 auditors and 1 secretary from Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam conducted an inspection with 4 training programs from June 20-24, 2022. This is AUN's 280th assessment conducted online. The series of external assessment activities includes: exchange of self-assessment reports with faculty leaders, lecturers and support staff for training programs; conduct interviews with stakeholders; Visiting the facilities, teaching activities, learning and working space at the university through livestream.
From 8 standards, 53 criteria (version 4.0), all 4 training programs registered for this testing round are highly appreciated for their ability to deploy an effective quality assurance system, completely meeting the international accreditation standards of AUN-QA. Once again, congratulations on meeting AUN-QA standards for Accounting, Finance and Banking, Information Systems, and Environmental Science training programs. With this result, Thu Dau Mot University has 8 training programs meeting AUN-QA standards, 20 training programs meeting MOET standards now.
Over the years, the accreditation activities of Thu Dau Mot University have taken place continuously. The University has achieved the quality accreditation of Vietnamese university education in 2017 and the 4-star UPM standard from 2020. In just 3 years (2019 - 2022), the University has 20 training programs meeting the MOET accreditation standards, 8 training programs meeting AUN-QA standards.
According to the quality assurance roadmap, in 2023, the University will conduct a university-level assessment according to AUN-QA standards, striving to put the university in the list of top 350 good universities in Asia by 2030.
